M3 wholesale and OEM orders

M3 is the three-wheel model in our mobility scooter range; City Spirit has four wheels. For a shop or community product line, the doorway approach, turning space and parking area matter alongside the listed body dimensions.

M3 dealer orders can include colour, logo, manual language and packaging requirements. The battery, charger and braking setup are reviewed for the selected version. The sample and bulk-order specification need to describe the same build, including the service parts that a local dealer will use.

An initial enquiry can start with the destination country, quantity, intended use and charging arrangement. The quotation should identify the vehicle configuration, packaging and spares, with the sample cost, MOQ and delivery terms stated for that order. Branding and engineering changes are covered by our OEM/ODM service.

FAQ

Procurement FAQ

Is a 3-wheel mobility scooter stable enough for seniors?
Yes, when it is used appropriately. A 3-wheel mobility scooter offers a tighter, more maneuverable layout than many 4-wheel models, which can be especially useful in shops, residential areas, and other places with limited space. However, three-wheel scooters require more care when turning quickly, crossing uneven surfaces, or riding across a slope. For the M3, we recommend slowing down before turns and using it primarily on firm, relatively level surfaces rather than treating it as an off-road scooter. Reddit mobility-aid discussions show that this maneuverability-versus-stability trade-off is one of the main considerations buyers have when choosing between three and four wheels.
Is the M3 easy to maneuver in grocery stores and narrow spaces?
This is one of the main advantages of choosing a compact 3-wheel mobility scooter. The M3 is 610 mm wide, and its three-wheel configuration is designed to make direction changes easier in everyday environments such as supermarkets, community paths, entrances, and shopping areas. Real-world mobility scooter users frequently mention turning radius as one of the most important factors for indoor use, particularly around narrow aisles, doors, and 90-degree entrances. Exact maneuverability still depends on the available space, so turning radius should be considered alongside overall width when comparing models.
Will the M3 really travel 40 km on one charge?
The M3 has a reference driving range of 40 km or more, but real-world range should never be treated as a fixed number. Rider weight, selected speed, hills, repeated acceleration, road surface, temperature, tire condition, and battery configuration can all affect how far a mobility scooter travels between charges. The M3 is available with 48V 12Ah lead-acid and 48V 20Ah lithium battery options, so buyers should confirm the tested range for their selected configuration when ordering. Battery range and charging habits are also recurring concerns among mobility scooter owners on Reddit.
Can an elderly user lift the M3 into a car by themselves?
This is an important question that is often overlooked when buying a mobility scooter. The M3 has a net weight of approximately 37 kg, so it should not automatically be considered a lightweight travel scooter. Whether it can be transported easily depends on the user's strength, vehicle height, available assistance, and whether a ramp or other loading solution is used. Reddit users repeatedly point out that a scooter may technically fit in a vehicle but still be too heavy for an older user to load independently. For customers who frequently transport their scooter by car, loading requirements should therefore be considered before purchase.
Can the M3 handle hills, ramps, and uneven roads?
The M3 is rated for climbing angles of up to 12° under suitable conditions, making it suitable for many normal ramps and moderate everyday slopes. However, it has no suspension system, so it is better suited to paved roads, community paths, shopping areas, and relatively smooth outdoor surfaces than rough or off-road terrain. Steep descents, side slopes, potholes, and uneven ground require additional caution, particularly with a three-wheel scooter. Discussions from mobility scooter users show that hill performance is not only about whether a scooter can climb a slope—the ability to remain controlled and comfortable when descending is equally important.
Should I choose a lead-acid or lithium battery for the M3?
It depends on how the scooter will be used and how the product is positioned in your market. The M3 supports a 48V 12Ah lead-acid battery or a 48V 20Ah lithium battery. Lead-acid is commonly selected when purchase cost is a priority, while lithium is generally more attractive when lower battery weight, easier handling, and longer-distance use are important considerations. Mobility scooter owners discussing lithium upgrades frequently focus on reduced battery weight and additional usable travel time, but battery, charger, and controller compatibility should always be confirmed as a complete system rather than changing battery chemistry independently.
