Jimsen (Tianjin) International Trade Co., Ltd. manufactures electric two-wheelers for distributors, importers and mobility brands, with factories operating in China and in Bắc Ninh Province, Vietnam. Our Tianjin factory is in Chagugang Town, Wuqing District.
Our China operation combines frame production, injection moulding, vehicle assembly and inspection. Confirm the model configuration, required market documentation and order schedule before committing to a production plan.
Our operating factory is in Wuqing District, Tianjin. The Xiqing office handles business and export communication.
Every completed vehicle is inspected. Agree the model-specific test plan and acceptance limits, then request the relevant project and batch records.
Testing and certification can be arranged for the agreed model and destination market. Confirm the scope and documents; approval is not guaranteed.
Our China operation has a 30,000 m² facility and 600+ employees, with annual capacity up to 1.2 million units. Frame production, injection moulding, assembly and inspection support electric bicycle, moped and motorcycle projects.
Capacity is a factory planning figure, not a delivery promise. Configuration, materials, approvals and production scheduling determine each order’s lead time.
Beyond production capacity, the engineering team supports frame structure review, battery integration, 3D modeling and manufacturing feasibility for overseas OEM and ODM projects.
The engineering workflow covers industrial design, frame structure review, controller integration, battery layout, sample validation and production feasibility analysis before mass manufacturing.
The steps below illustrate vehicle assembly. The work instructions and inspection requirements must match the approved model and configuration. See our production overview for manufacturing information.
E-bike frame components are welded and prepared as the structural base for full vehicle assembly.
Each frame is checked and aligned before assembly to support stable structure and consistent production quality.
Hub motor and wheel components are prepared and assembled for reliable power delivery and riding performance.
Rear wheels are installed and secured on the production line as part of the main vehicle assembly process.
Brake cables are connected and adjusted to ensure responsive braking before final inspection.
The controller wiring system is connected and organized to support stable electrical performance.
Battery boxes and related power components are installed and fixed during the power system assembly stage.
Finished e-bikes go through riding and functional checks before being approved for packing and shipment.
Completed e-bikes are protected, packed, and prepared for bulk order shipment to overseas customers.
Testing and certification depend on the final model, configuration and destination. The checkpoints below are buyer review items, not a claim that all Jimsen models hold these approvals. Ask for the applicable documents and verify their scope before placing an order.
Identify the vehicle category and destination before agreeing the testing and documentation plan.
Check that reports and certificates identify the ordered model and relevant electrical components. A different configuration may need further review.
Confirm the battery identification and required transport documentation with the supplier and carrier before shipment.
Agree acceptance limits and request the relevant inspection records. A quality-control process alone does not establish certification.
