Why Is My E-Bike Battery Not Charging?
If an e-bike battery will not charge, check the outlet, charger label and indicator, battery temperature, connector condition and battery seating before assuming the pack has failed. Stop immediately if the battery is hot, swollen, leaking, discoloured, damaged, wet or producing an unusual odor or sound. Why the charger light can be misleading
A green charger light can mean standby, charge complete or no battery connection, depending on the charger. A red light can mean charging or a fault. Flashing patterns also differ.
