Ask the supplier to reconcile the relevant line, bottleneck cycle, shifts, efficiency, changeovers, current commitments, material availability and expected yield for the proposed model.
The commercial document should state when lead time starts and which approvals must be complete. A sample approved for appearance is not automatically approved for production; the BOM, software, packaging, labels and acceptance criteria also need controlled release.

The controller current, BMS limits, connector system, wheel diameter, brakes, frame, suspension, thermal conditions and software settings must work together.
