Warranty Support

Scope and Order Terms

Jimsen provides a two-year warranty under the applicable order terms. The agreed policy determines covered parts, the warranty start date and exclusions for the supplied configuration.

  1. Identify the model, order and supplied configuration.
  2. Check the warranty period and the affected component.
  3. Send the fault evidence before ordering a replacement.
  4. Agree the remedy and any return requirements.

Coverage does not automatically include every repair cost. Confirm responsibility for labour, freight and any return shipment in the order terms.

Send the model and order reference, the affected component and a short account of the fault: when it started, what happens and whether it is intermittent. Include any error message exactly as shown.

  1. Photograph the vehicle and relevant component labels.
  2. Record a short video of the symptom where safe.
  3. Describe the operating conditions and checks already made.
  4. Note any changes made since delivery.

Jimsen reviews the evidence to identify the next diagnostic step or an agreed remedy. Do not open a battery pack or make unsafe electrical modifications to demonstrate a fault.

Replacement Parts

Identify the Correct Version

Use the supplied component reference when requesting a part. A model name or a similar-looking connector alone does not establish compatibility with a different production version.

  1. Provide the model, order and component label.
  2. Identify the required part and quantity.
  3. Match electrical parts to the battery, controller and charger version.
  4. Agree the replacement reference, price and shipping arrangement.

Replacement parts and remote technical guidance can form part of the agreed remedy. Parts availability, charges and dispatch arrangements are confirmed for the request; no universal stock or response-time promise applies.

Before a bulk order, agree how local staff will identify the supplied build, operate it and report faults. Keep the accepted sample reference with the manual, component list and any agreed service instructions.

  1. Confirm the manual language and supplied accessories.
  2. Record battery and charger identification.
  3. Agree who handles local diagnosis and repairs.
  4. Select initial spare parts for the order.
